It is a "Goldie". Most SPT's will fit. Parts availability should be ok if we can believe the current/new owner. If not, there a lot of used parts available. I would pick it up at a reasonable $$$.

Rustoleum no longer makes the verde green hammered paint. Sorta like JPW. I go not know of an alternative.

My 'guess' is the outer threaded sleeve AND the washer are not OEM. Neither do I think the copper sleeve was intended to be removable. The wavy washer goes between the end cap bearing bore and the bearing thus creating a variable depth cavity that allows heat expansion. The e clip stops the bearing ...
