I am looking for a less expensive ss dust collector bag. I now use the ss plastic bags.

Speed increaser 4 sale

Thanks for the helpful responses. I am in the finishing phase of this job now but I will try packing the jointer in a few days.
The temp. has been in the teens for days with no end in sight and I am having a hell of a job keeping my shop warm.

I have a SS vac. that works well and worked with the jointer for 15 years. I disassembled and cleaned the vac. a couple of days ago.

I have a 4" SS Jointer that is been used daily for the past month. A few days ago the shavings have been exiting under the feed table instead of the exit port. I dismantled the jointer and gave it a though cleaning and removed the sawdust and wood chips. Nothing has changed, the wood chips stil...
