Thanks. It all start to make sense now. I just realized the jointer head has additional set screws that are probably to hold it to the ER quill. I'll try tonight : ))
Now I also see why the strange shape it has that as you say would fit in the table insert.

10ER acquisitions maintenance questions.
As I mentioned in Community I did get a couple of 10ERs and I have some questions regarding configuration and maintenance. 1) I got a jointer fence and head but I am unsure how to attache the head to the 10ER. I messed up the quill feed in my 10ER when removing it.
