Was thinking about January as some need funds after the holiday. Found some
very nice ones within 4 to 6 hrs of me.
Will get your feedback if I find one I'm thinking about.

Thanks, I agree. Just got off AZ. craigslist and plenty in the $500-$900 range.
I'm in no big hurry, may wait till Jan. or Feb. see if any good deals pop up.

Hi, My name is Chris and I found this Shopsmith on Craigslist and was wondering about if it was #1 was what he said it was ( model 505, 2 yrs old ) and if its worth the $1400. Seems to be as it has the band saw attachment. Any input would be appreciated.
