Funny, I just went through the same thing you are.
The old Greenie head stock I have was poorly stored. Nothing
seemed to moove freely. The bearings seemed solid no TIR on the
Qill etc. but the movement just didn't feel right.

Back orders
From my experience (Limited) for belts it was 6-8 weeks consequently when
they did finally get them I bought several more just to have backups.
I have since bought backup shives so I can even change from Gilmer to the poly belt in the event one or the other is unavailable.

till early Jan. to honor their committment after that though I will not have much of a choice. I will either have to obtain alternate parts or modify the unit to be compatable with available parts or sell it for parts.
