Ken
Ken, all the wood is from the hot tub sides but have no idea what species it is. The wood was really weathered. It cleaned up nicely when planed. I know it isn't cedar.

Re: My latest project

The dados are only 1/16 deep so I made a sled for my router table that I could adjust the stops. The hardest part was the glue up!

My latest project

I made two of these from plans I found on line. I made them out of the side panels of an old hot tub and planed to 1/4". Not sure what the wood was. They are birthday presents for my sons in law. http://i894.photobucket.com/albums/ac146/tbirdtimbirdtim/003_zpshdy83f2t.jpg http://i894.photobucke...

10ER Quill Shaft

Is the Diameter of the shaft 5/8" like the Mark V? I have a bid on a 10ER but all I need is the Sanding disc. Will it fit my Mark V?

Anyone interested if I should get it?

Thanks Tim

The shop he was in had been put up for sale and instead of moving he decided to get out. If I would of had some extra cash I could have bought a lot more stuff.

My yard sale find

I came across a yard sale where the guy was selling out his wood shop. I bought this rack for $75.00 and all his scrap wood that was on it for another 75. I had to cut it down from 10 ft high to 8 ft. I also bought a trailer load of wood that was mostly Black walnut and wormy soft maple. http://i894...
