Just got this brush last week. Great for reaching in to hard to get to areas. It is 9" long. It has large and small brush heads. I got it at the pet store. It is a dog tooth brush. It really works well.

My wife is into scrap booking, stamping, and other such crafts. She has taken over my schedule with her projects. I am turning an 8’x10’ room in our home into her craft room. I have made the stamp racks, now I have a ribbon rack, paper storage, peg board wall area and numerous other honey dues ...

I have my SS setup in a 12x16 yard building I turned into a shop. Have room for a 5'carving table and a work bench. I use wire shelving for much of my storage.

1-1/4 inch dowels are available in from number of places. I would mount a 1-1/4 inch x 12inch dowel in the lathe then using a 12inch long block covered with sandpaper I would lightly take off a 1/16th.

No. I do use one to strip the bark if it is required. Most of the sticks I use are 1 to 2 inches limbs. 48 + inches long for walking sticks.

These walking sticks are new also. The painted on was done for some one that likes light houses. it is aspen. The other is cedar. and was done for a pastor as a gift from his church.

This is a carving I did while I was away from the forum. It is basswood. The dog and horse are my sisters. This was a birthday gift for her. It was the first time I had tried to replicate a photo. I am going to turn and then carve a bowl for my next project.
