do any one know anything about milling and tuning custom parts for shopsmith 10 E and ER
i know that some one said something about some one who does and cant recall
im thinking about having some custom parts made... like the left pully with the shaft on it

as of right now it wont go in there i have another shop ( at another location closer to town ( his shop and my shop are about 7/8 of a mile apart) in which i will put this if he ever decides he wants to give it up

i sure this one is a 5 foot table and the one im looking at is a 7 foot table and 16" cutter on it
it has number 99 on the base which this one doesnt have on it or atleast what i can see

well i might just have a line on an older 16" jointer

it may take a while to find out what he wants for it
i will post some pic when i can get some shots of it

what it did to fix it was this
i pulled the handle off cleaned it up a bit
it was a little tough coming off but did ok
then i took my drill with brass wire brush attachment and cleaned the shaft up
doing this first will help ease the bushing off
loosed up the set screw and then proceed to remove ...
