Keeping it as a drill press only was interesting -- until I bought a used bench-top press a couple of months ago. That wall mounted beast is impressive!

My shop is so small, about 12' square, that with the Jet table saw, router table, workbench, and now drill ...

Hi,

I haven't been using my Shopsmith 10 ER for almost 5 years. Time to make room for something else in my small shop. I don't see any or sale on craigslist or ebay. Can someone tell me what an honest price is for a nice (no rust) 50's model? I have all the attachments, drill chuck, disk drum ...

FYI, picked up the 10ER for $175. Came with everything, I think. And lots of blades the former owner said he wouldn't have need for anymore. Some are carbide! He "thinks" some make a dado, but since I've never used one I couldn't know!

It seems in great shape to me. I'll post some pic's if y'all ...

What are good prices for 500 and 10ER models? The owner of the 10ER says it has a router, and that's an add on, right? Neither comes with the safety gear shown in the videos.
