Thanks for the LUBE info. I might have heard him wrong when he said how to fix it. He might have said some replacement part and I took it as a rebuild item. I'll see if the manual I have covers that. I just bought a used 510 and also attended a demo at Lowes. My problem is that when I turn the speed dial to adjust the speed, it sticks and doesn't adjust the speed smoothly. The demo guy suggested a rebuild kit, but I don't remember what kit or part number he said it was. Anyone help?? Thanks. Dave
