Re: Adirondack plans
The best Adirondack chair plans I have found are from Rockler. Full-sized templates which do not require any complicated angle cuts.

Re: Lowes Demonstration
I went to this demonstration in Brevard as well. I arrived at just a little after 9:00 A.M., and the guy in your pictures must have been having a bad start to his morning because he was just on the edge of rude to me when I started asking questions. Must have caught him before his second cup. Disapp...

Re: Belt sander rebuild, cam lock won't
Ran into this exact same problem a couple of years ago and had to replace the whole assembly. Expensive, but not as expensive as buying a new one. Simple fix. Good luck.

Re: Handy Lamp
Received this as a b-day present from my son. I've used it for some intricate scroll saw work and really I like it. Attaching it to the way tubes works for the scroll saw, but not as well for the bandsaw. I need to find a better arrangement for the bandsaw. The light that is emitted is like artifici...

Re: Scroll Saw Question
Thanks for the reply I have both a SSJig Saw, and a SS older model grey scroll saw. As you say, the jig saw has non-metalic backup post, but my scroll saw does have a backup post which is metal. Currently, the backup post has a v-notch which is about 1/8" deep. The previous owner appears to pus...

Scroll Saw Question
I have a grey SS scroll saw which I bought on eBay. In checking it out before operation, I noted the post which backs up the blade seemed worn. By worn, I mean the blade has worn a deep groove where the blade seats itself into the v-notch while in use. I can see it becoming a problem as the blade is...

It's A Rare Thing
Hello All. Recently, on the "General Woodworking" section of our forum, one of our members (who wishes to remain anonymous, offered up 5 FREE table saw blades for a Mark V. I read the post a couple of times, and revisited the post a few more after my initial read to see if someone else had...
