Same problem with customer service. Been waiting a week for engineer to call back. One-year old SS Powerpro stopped turning -- lights up, no error message.

Thanks. I'll take a look at the set screw. I haven't been sensitive to fact that there are different set screws.

face plate wobble
Just started with Mark 7. Whether I use the face plate or the Nova chuck, both get loose on the quill in a few minutes. It seems to me that the plate and chuck do not fit far enough down on the quill.
What might I be doing wrong? Is there some adjustment that would bring the quill out a few mm more ...
