Great idea. I am going to start on a smaller version this weekend. I think I will spray paint mine to give it more of a consistent look and cover up all the markings.

I had to replace the motor in my 4 year old hot tub last year. Ironically, it was an A.O. Smith motor. I guess they don't make them like they used to.

I tried the app yesterday and it worked great. The cover on my phone seemed to grip the table very well. Thanks for the tip.

For quick drawings I use Visio but for drawings that require precision I use AutoCad. It has a very robust learning curve but the end results are amazing. I have never used it on a Mac though.
I know Lowes and maybe Menards have deck building aps on their websites that allow you to save the drawings.
