Re: Finally Snops it’s posts on YouTube.

I got to meet him some years ago when they still had their showroom in Dayton. I thought I saw somewhere that he was still doing demos. I am sure in his career he made hundreds of these all around the country and probably still does.

Re: SHOP SMITH TABLE IDENTIFICATION

My greenie is Mar 55, (SN# 291904) and has the single slot. Any "newer" 55's out there that can chime in?

I kept reading, and rereading your post and kept thinking, "What birds is he talking about?" After opening your attachment they became clear. What program did you use to convert the image to an outline?

I found the wrenches on Amazon, too. It came with both ER16 and ER20 wrenches for less than $10.00 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B083XZ2KRH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I tried it out last night and I noticed no noticeable vibrations at all. I only routed a piece of pine ...

Re: Greenie "A" Headstock Owners - a little help please

Russ, I have always assumed my April 1955 greenie had the clutch. I took the cover off today and can see the drive but am unsure how to tell if it has a clutch or not. Is there an easy way to determine if it has the clutch, short of a complete tear down? I took photos of what I could see if that cou...

Russ, Every time there is an update to this post I always go back and look over those photos again. They are truly inspiring and if they were mine, would be on a couple of display shelfs in my house.

Re: Router Raizer Install

I kept going between the two extensions and finally settled on the cheaper one. It had great reviews and after it arrived I was quite impressed. It looks like a quality piece of tooling. The collets that came with it look very similar to the collet on my Dewalt Router. As long as it's balanced well ...

I am not sure how bad shipping will be but I have everything in the picture with the exception of the table and the fence knobs.
