Well, I did it. I bought the 510. Got it home yesterday and have worked on it most of the day today. It is a 1995 510 with the band saw attachment. After watching most of the rebuild videos on SS acadamey, I got the ways, slides, and tables cleaned up and waxed. I followed the lube steps and didn't ...

Thank you both for the quick reply. That is what I have been thinking (buy the 1991). Bring it up to date, means to me, two bearing quill, 510/520 table system, dust/safety guards.
