LOL - Sorry JPG, guess I didn't look at that screen close enough.
I'm sure my holes aw is dull. I don't think I have ever seen one sharp after the first hole.
I don't see anything stripped. I"m going to try a couple of new belts, a good cleaning and see if that does the trick. If not, I'll be back ...

Thank you WLM. I'll take a look at those belts.
The quill does turn normally when retracted. The hole saw does put the machine to quite a bit of work. It stalls quite frequently and requires backing out and reapplying to get through the material. Does the same thing on my stand a lone drill press ...
