I'm confused about screw #s 48 and 104. Screw #104 is listed as a #6 by 3/8 inch pan head screw. I'm pretty sure that is the screw that hold the entire idler shaft in the housing (together with screw # 47). I see that screw (I think). There is also screw # 104 that is listed as a #10 by 3/4 inch pan ...

I'm doing a general rebuild on Mark V based on "exploded diagram" on website and several youtubes. It makes sense, but I don't see how to get to screw 118 ("cup point set screw" in the "motor and sheave assembly"). It appears to be between the fan sheave & motor, but I can't move the fan sheave.
