Re: Adding a new Incra fence

RFGuy, the black knobs attach the rails to the tables. Each table has a L bracket bolted to it, I can disconnect any table individually to remove it for example the router table has 4 knobs holding it to the rails. The main table has 6 knobs holding it to the table. Think of the main table as the ba...

Re: Adding a new Incra fence

I agree...very nice! I wish I could dedicate my one Shopsmith to a setup like this. This is exactly what I would like to setup with the Incra positioner and the router insert. I am going to get the Incra Wonder fence this summer. With this setup I can move the positioner over and use it for the rou...

I then set my machine down off the old casters removed the casters from the legs bolted the jig to the legs and drilled the legs with the machine upright. I removed the old wheels from the ...

Re: Today in the shop (Shark Guard testing)

Ed, Instead of using a hole tube with the saw blade cut into it I was thinking that using a half round tube that might be only about 2" down from the zci with the 510 saw guards in place might be easier to do than the folded paper/ cutting board material. Also you could make one up for 45 degre...

Re: Today in the shop (Shark Guard testing)

I was searching and found these you tube videos and followed them to the forum, I am wondering how the saw stache worked out? I also found another video and found it interesting as his approach to solving the amount of sawdust off the blade. I was thinking a combination of his approach and of some o...
