Re: Is it worth it?

I have the DIY Power Pro Gen1. I like it. That said-i never used the older version with the wind up handle-so i cant really compare. Mine had the caps blow out on the main board...it went back to SS and I was down for ..hmm 4 months? Since it came back, its been running fine for about 2 years now. b

Re: Anybody Using a Microjig

I use a Grr-ipper for narrow strip cuts on the table saw. They work well for that as the feet are adjustable.

I think I've adjusted the fence before-I'll have to think about where I found the adjustment procedure...

Re: WHERE Y'ALL AT???

I thought i posted on this thread already but I don't see it. Anyways- I've been wasting time on an electronics project..far afield from Woodworking...but it did require me to get this super cool mini drill press. I'm drilling 0.5mm holes in metals, doin circuit board designs, trying to understand b...

Re: Should we be concerned?

I wouldn't worry too much. If the SS line finally goes the way of the dodo and support becomes non-existent, you may be forced to invest in separate tools and use the SS for some dedicated purpose. Afterall-what can you do about it anyway ? You can pre-empt such an outcome by stocking up on expected...
