One of the hardest joints in woodworking to keep constant is the simple but joint of a face frame to a cabinet side. Plywood isn't always straight and flat and I won't even get started on hardwood. 4.jpg I came up with this trick for the Domino to give a .020 offset so that the face frame overhangs ...

The lower hinges have to be offset to clear the bottom tray.

1.jpg It seems like Rev a Shelf changes these about every year or so so my old template no longer works with the new hardware. 2.jpg No problem I'll just glue the new template to a board and save it until the next change. 3.jpg 4.jpg Next step is to drill 1/4" holes in the template on the Mark...
