I ended up with a very simple solution, that seems to be quite solid in use. I used 2x1" 1/4-20 bolts and a few washers per shoe to bolt the guide shoe to the right most track of the fence via the shoe slide under the shoe, and a t-nut under the shoe slide in the SS fence track. I could have i...

Awesome I have used his Jacob’s bandsaw video will definitely check that out

Sounds like some switch diag is on the agenda. I always feel really important when I hold a multimeter and it’s cheaper than a motor so this is potentially good news …

Forgot to add: I always turn the speed down before shutting the machine off, haven’t tested what will happen if I don’t in order to avoid a no start situation

Am I correct in thinking the clock is ticking on this motor?

1991 Mark V starts up then immediately dies about 20-30% of the time Runs perfect once it’s going other than that I can live with this no problem just start her back up but I’m guessing this an early sign of motor failure probably??? and my planned 2023 power pro purchase should be budgeted in soone...

I thought about that T-shirt but I really need the Easter code sale for some bandsaw parts and that scrollsaw blade change upgrade (I was gonna stick with the blocks but they really are a pain)

I appreciate that Easter code sale so I will get those ordered tomorrow for sure.

got it. That does really simplify it thank you JPG. I can’t get these off yet but all the nuts are quill side so LH thread it is

Gonna keep soaking them in pb blaster and take them to my brothers shop tomorrow to get them in a vice
