I can't turn the drive shaft full turn by hand. Nothing else happened when it stopped running.

It sounded like rubber rubbing on metal.

Headstock won't run

I was running my shaper and heard a sound. I can hear the motor hum but nothing moves. Any ideas? What do I check? How do I check it?
