I used to order with Carter before but my new one is from http://www.bandsawparts.com . I got 14 incher band saw and tire size is 7/8 .

It's better to upgrade to ultra blue urethane tires. Rubber tire needs gluing and requires you to clean the wheel.

Position the bracket properly so the blade will be centered.
It would be best to verify if the all the adjustments are correct.

You don't need to remove the wheel if you replace the tires. Pretty much stretched the new tires on. It was just easy for me when I replaced my old rubber tires with aftermarket Ultra Blue Urethane Tires.

You can get rid off the wobble in it . You have to adjust the lower wheel properly. Do you have your
manual? I believe that the steps are in the manual,so you may check for it for proper adjustments.

Have you tried running your band saw? Blade might wobble if the lower wheel is not in the correct position
