Thanks Tony, for your reply. That blow up helped me visualize the headstock and I think I know what to do now. I will begin my project tommorow. I also appreciate all the other imput regarding the bearings and pressings, etc. Here goes.

I bought a Mark V and realized that the head stock drive bearings are shot. I need to replace them. I haven't found the instructions for the bearings replacement but it probably includes removing other items first. I could use some help and tips.
