These are nice! thank you I had a walk-about lately; my picture is modest. But as a woodworker it's fascinating. The town has a number of buckled-up sidewalk slabs that have been "beveled down" by a tool or method I don't yet know. Looks like something done with a precision router-sled or ...

Man, that's nice! Ironic, I was telling my wife, Indiana had cloud cover that day, so we had a beautiful sunset but couldn't see the stars afterward. Here was a recent project I did for a buddy. Not a super-rare watch (it's a fairly modern quartz with retro military styling)...I put in a new movement, new crystal, cleaned the hands-corrosions with 1500 grit sandpaper:

There used to be a 'horologist' member on this forum, but I haven't seen him in a long time.
I'll bet the sound is nice... maybe different wood species have different sounds too.
