Re: Calling for Submissions - Everett

Russ,

The drawing in my manual shows the drive sleeve assembly (Part # 202100) as a complete unit and isn't broken down like your drawing.

Re: Calling for Submissions - Everett

Everett,
I have a copy of the Shopsmith Owners Manual, EM-9100-MS-7-54, Copyright 1954 if that would help.

Re: Newbee Needs Help - What is "complete" for 1955 Mark V?

Most of the information you are looking for is posted on YouTube or on this site. It is amazing the information that is available for Shopsmith, new and old. If you can't find it on this site, go watch a video or two. I will email you the packing list that came with my 1957 model. The product manual...

Re: Hey, Dusty

You should be surprised, Poorly stated. Not to the bottom of the silo (where the missile resided) but to the lower level of the entry portal. All containers brought onto the site were physically inspected prior to entry (at the Entry Portal). Unless you were the relief launch crew during changeover...

Re: More Shopsmith History and some more questions....

Everett, I have a copy of the letter my father-in-law received in 1957 when he bought his Mark 5, which I still have and use. The letter has a little water damage at the bottom of the page, but signed by R.L. Chambers, the letterhead states the address as Menlo Park, Ca for Magna Engineering Corpora...

Re: Hey, Dusty

Good evening, Dusty. Glad to see another Titan II alumni. I figured by the SAC patch and your location you were at DM. I spent my tour at Little Rock from 80-86 as the guidance specialist (BMAT) on the launch crew. I sure hated to see them shut those things down.
