FWIW, the 1 1/2" drum sanding mandrel fits thin wall 10ER tubes perfectly so it should fit MK V tubes since they are the same diameter and wall thickness.

Is there a way to post pics from a phone? About to go do an inventory. Not that I know of. The files can't be more than a certain size (1440 x 1080 pixels and 2 MB if I recall correctly). I always have to edit my photos on the computer. Very annoying. Some phones allow you to change the resolution ...

Rob Johnstone of Woodworkers Journal mentioned the Shopsmith in the latest wZine mailing. I am not sure it was favorable but it was not negative, just a mention.

There is nothing but the screw. However it is a tapered screw so it spreads the bar when tightened.

I totally agree Ed. I picked up 3 Oldham carbide blades a few years ago for $10 each. I use them for questionable wood and just general sawing. I use my Forrest blades for the precision work.
