I found it on the Shopsmith site using Google. http://www.shopsmith.com/ownersite/itemfind.htm?item=845268 $6.99 shipping for a $3.99 manual. :eek: They should really offer these manuals both in hard copies and as instant pdf downloads. I suspect they could sell more of them even at the same price ...

Interestingly the report did not report on the percentage of injuries related to direct contact with the blade.
