Hi, The latest update is I have an RMA number and this one is going back and a new one is coming... and someone is going to look at it before it gets shipped. I'm hoping this is going to make me happy. And, just to be clear the burr is on the edge towards the table and would be scaping the wax off t...

I like the candle sticks! What issue were they in? I have back issues but currently don't get any new ones... so I might have access to see some of the details. If not I might have a few questions for you. I have a couple of piece of left over walnut sitting out in the shop waiting to be built into ...

"While I'm at it - can't resist commenting on the recent rush to strip sanders. I certainly won't deny it is a very good machine. I'm sure anyone buying a new strip sander will be very pleased with it's performance, but how did folks get sharp tools before the strip sander? Is there another way...

I think we are mixing quotes and sharpener systems here. The orginal post was about the sharpening guide 555204 which does have a real limit on the length of tools it will do. The second tool mentioned was the attachment to the strip sander. This is the one that Nick seems to have as the subject of ...

The outside temperature last night was down to 18 deg. The shop felt a bit to cold to work in today so I went on to other home projects today. Yesterday I wasn't home so it might have looked like a light week for me... except I was busy early in the week. I normally have to close down the shop this ...
