Pretty happy with the #57 stone. Good for drainage I'm told...and its actually quite hard/compact-they way we used it. I was worried it would slip underfoot, but its even stable enough to use small ladders on it. I guess because its captured on all sides, theres not much room for it to slip around.

Ok - now Im using the SS...I went over to bigbox and looked at exterior corner trim. Holy cow that stuffs expensive.
Luckily I have a few 2x4s leftover from the build...so im making strips that I can L together and make my own .

You have to remove 2 of the mounting bolts on the motor where it connects to the case. Then you can tilt the motor which gives you enough free play to remove the belt.

Sure without an external plug in...doin firmware upgrades are more difficult...but aren't those things usually on a ROM that if socketed...could be replaced?

Didnt use the SS once in this project
Well-this has distracted me from the fun stuff. My small shop is quickly being over run by garden tools, lawnmowers, battery recharging slots. I had some pavers left over from my walkway to the shop..so putting them to some use to make a garden shed/platform under our deck. Where i didn't have paver...
