I'm not sure of the date yet, There are two types of main tables out there on the 510's mine has ribs across the entire table and I have seem some where the center blade area is a solid flat section and the ribs are on the outer edges on the top. Thank you Chris, That is exactly what was wrong. Thank you for the re-assurance. I went ahead and pushed the idler shaft out some and was able to get the belt move over by one groove. Further checking and I may have to re-do the motor belt adjustment one more time to get things right. Not sure if I ...

I'm not as good as Dusty on the picture taking but attached is what my upgrade looks like. Both the Quill and idler shaft are flush against the ring clips, yet the upper belt is at an angle still.
