New table arrives tomorrow. !!

They sure do know it's me when I do get to talk with someone. Since my new table has not arrived yet and they haven't called me back I guess I will try reaching them again.

I'll double check to see if there is anything on their site showing that it is on its' way. They still haven't called me back so I'm hoping the lady talked to the engineer and then sent out a replacement. That is what she said would probably happen but she said she'd let me know.

I'm hoping by this time next week I'll have a nice new flat table because they still haven't called me back

I've come to the conclusion that rhey must be sending me a new table and don't really need to talk with me about it.

I called early in the day and I manage a call center for auto insurance. I know how they should be operated. I'm not going into their methods of operation. 13 minutes waiting is a long time. Especially when they say they will call and haven't lived up to that commitment yet.

I guess my frustration is being promised a call back a couple of times and in ever getting the call.

Well I've spent over a week waiting on SS to rectify this situation!! First they wanted me to measure diagonally and then let the table "rest" with the bolts not tightened. Called them and told them it wasn't working and they said they'd get back to me after talking to the "engineer&q...

Well as I thought measuring diagonally produced the same results and letting it sit with the grunion bolts released did nothing to bring the table flat. I did notice whe I released tension on the knurled knob for the split in the table I can make the two sides of the split move up and down. Not sure...
