I just broke down and bought about 280 bd-ft of "reclaimed" 2X4's from a junk hauler. Had to throw out some with termite holes, some which were pressure treated..but I still have this leftover after soap and water scrub + rinse. $100 ... I just need to make enough reindeer with them to mak...

Brings back memories Hobbyman :) As an intern at a paper factory, I was tasked with climbing up on top of a 20 ft frame of a machine and changing the fluorescent bulbs on the factory ceiling above the tool. Here's what I did. It doesn't handle all the pieces you describe, but it does handle the tubes/extension table pieces.
I'm not sure where I got the idea- likely from the SS wall mount. It just used some small scrap 2x4 odds and ends.
