I think part of it is also where you are located. I could not find much cedar wood when I was in California but all kinds of redwood. Now that I have moved back to Iowa, I can find all kinds of cedar but not much redwood.

I resent that. I believe it depends on the store. I bet you could spend hours at the local lumber yard or woodworking store, just like I can. My husband spends hours shopping in cooking stores. At most stores, my husband wanders the store looking at things, I just want to finish up and leave.

Could a feed belt be made to run off the upper or lower spindle with either step down pulleys and/or gears? I can see the advantage especially if you were building your own table. I am not an engineer so have no idea if it is actually possible.

I would be interested in how the window covers are made and installed. New windows are manufactured so that you do not need a storm window. I thought about putting foam insulation on the outside of my house when I re-side. Not having to mess with drywall permits and inspections are a big motivation ...

When I was at a demo in July Mike Young was talking about doing a traveling day long class/academy soon. Not sure if this is what he was talking about but it could be.

You may want to look at Home Depot as the part that Dusty posted has replacement part numbers for both Husky and Rigid tools. You may be able to order it through them.
