Just curious if anyone has fixed 520 rails that have their brass inserts missing? I have a couple rails like this now, would like to get them into a usable state.

Re: Shark Guard
Ed, I have had the PowerPro (recently hooked it up to a 220 outlet) for abut 6 years and the only thin kerf blade I have left is a Freud glueline. I will probably replace it with a larger blade in the not too distant future. My main concern is does the set up clear out enough extra dust to be worth...

Re: Shopsmith Support Table (520 Version)
Does anyone have specs on the thickness of the shim needed to convert a 510 style support table to the 520 version? Or pics of the kit? @reible's one has the tube going through, while my two tables are like the ones on the SS site (http://www.shopsmith.com/ownersite/catalog/swd_supporttable.htm) in ...

Hole in the accessory shaft guard?
Just curious if anyone has decided to drill a hole or cut a slot in the guard that comes with the PowerPro headstock for the accessory side? The guard is a nice extra safety feature, and works fine if all you ever put there is the power coupler hubs. I am aware of the Quill Twister (http://www.shops...

Re: Shopsmith Router table
The router is worth $50 or so used, so all together probably $150 or so, maybe $200 if you really are into it. Since the router has almost 0 crossover to the rest of the shopsmith system, there isn't a huge incentive like there is on other tools. The main benefit here is that the T-Track slot would ...

Re: 3D SketchUp of the "Under-the-Mark V" Accessory Cabinet
Now...perhaps a v3 specially designed to accommodate the lift assist ;) Anyone? I have the lift assist, and after I installed it, I realized that it pretty much precludes any such cabinet hung from the bench tubes. If someone does come up with a design that'll work with it, it would be super. http:...

Re: In need of some Mark VII parts
I have a set of tubes with a very nice set of rack teeth. They are totally intact last I checked. Let me know if you are interested and we can work something out.
