None of those are analogous. What would be loosely analogous would be if table saw manufacturers were basketball teams, and that the Sawstop team successfully petitioned the NBA that for them the hoop would be 3 feet lower than for all the other teams. But I guess if they were to get that "law...

Taxes were hard this year. I made a couple input errors (transposed numbers) and had a hard time detecting them. But then I made the error that has had me at a stand still. Rather than drive at night and suffer with the glare I just go to bed. With that compensation I can say my cataract surgery was miraculous.

I am sure the extrusion is manufactured in lengths cut for transport and then cut to fence length. SS could easily cut them to the longer length required. OK so the holes and screws require a bit of $$ but IMO an improvement results(aka upgrade). You are right. I never though about the delivered ex...
