Dusty, the link you gave me showed serial numbers corrsponding with the year of the bandsaw. My bandsaw tag reads:

Model 505641
SS-1073

I am assuming it is a 1981 bandsaw according to the chart.

Hi Dusty, I went here (see link below) to track down the serial number. It shows 1973 to 1978 only used a 4 digit serial number. My tag on the headstock reads SS-5009. I found the coupler, yay! It does not state if it will bolt up to my motors 4 grooved hub and my bandsaws 5 grooved hub though.
