Carriage lock not locking
My previous post got hijacked so I will try again. I had posted about the carriage lock not working properly with my lathe rest. After carefully scrutinizing the blown up diagram I saw where the previous owner had misplaced the washer (#171) that went between the handle and the locking mechanism. I ...

The washer that goes between the hand crank, over the square shaft and the locking mechanism was missing. Is this a square hole washer or will a normal half inc...

I did pull the geared pieces out and cleaned them of any compacted sawdust and it helped a little bit. Am I missing something? ...

Sharpening guide manual
I sure hope someone can help me out here. The 510 I recently bought came with a lot of goodies but not all of the manuals and the one I need Shopsmith does not have a download version of. I had a sharpening guide once before and I am pretty sure that I have it put together properly but I would love ...

Strip sander table
Hello all, long time who-smith owner coming back into the fold. I just picked up a 510 with lots of accessory bits but missing a few things. I got a beautiful strip sander but without the table. Should anyone have one I would be interested in it. I also need to find the size for the machine screw #2...
