Yes I have the manual and two templates, half blind and flush.
I will get it tomorrow and will let you know how it goes.
I have checked Sears in Canada.
They do not carry much as far as jigs and woodworking tools.

I have a 510 original that I upgraded to a 520 later. But the sanding disc was with my 510 and depending on where you put you tape measure, I put mine against the plate of the disk directly and I have a 2 " long arbor. I guess that it is this long to accommodate the bottom guard which I have on...
