Where are you and the tools located? Your location will determine (to a large extent) what you can get. Also how many extras you may have for the machine. The recommendation to do some lengthy research as to the worth of the machine and tools available is a good one. I guarantee you WILL be surprise...

The "shop-vac" was never intended, or will it ever, eliminate air borne (the most dangerous) dust particles. It is only a vacuum intended to pick up larger particles and chunks of sawdust/trash. Most vacuums, depending on the filter, will simply exhaust what dangerous dust they do pick up ...

How many times have you been using a "push" saw and the blade decides it wants to bend/kink on you? With a "pull" saw that doesn't happen unless you are pressing down hard on the clearing stroke out of habit from using a "push" saw. :D
