Is the Diameter of the shaft 5/8" like the Mark V? I have a bid on a 10ER but all I need is the Sanding disc. Will it fit my Mark V? Anyone interested if I should get it? Thanks Tim I'm still interested to join the 10ER cadre. My only concern is costs. Please send me a PM if you win the bid.

Thanks again all.

Welcome, It is a labor of love, my friend. I dare say women and children cost more. Yet... Sing the praises of your ShopSmith. Note little it's rigors. As, in time, these too become part of its' appeal. The hunt is part of the game. Esoteric? Perhaps. Be forearmed, this state of mind awaits you. You...

Plexiglass Problem

Working on a project using frosted plexiglass and having a devil of a time trying to drill holes in the stuff without the bit getting stuck at one point or another.

Anybody here know how this can be done?

Thank for your help.

Inappropriate Comments

Appalled by the decision by some members to leave the forum I've noted, what seems to me, an effort by those members to broach the subject in as forgiving a light as possible. I'll step out on a limb here by stating that "hijacked" discussions are NOT what lead to this unrest but, rather, ...

Thanks GG (JPG),

That was a great eye-opener. Definitely a thread I'll study until it becomes ready knowledge that I recall before making any future purchases.
