Re: Laminate cutting all by itself

How about double sided tape to a piece of plywood and then cut to size and then remove the laminate.

Re: Mark V 520 vs Mark 7 PowerPro

I have had the versions, 500, 510, 520 and now 520 with Power Pro over the last 40 years. All used that I have refurbished and sold so I could move up to the next level. I am very comfortable in all aspects of the headstock with the ability to remove every part and replace anything that is needed. O...

Re: Newowner Informaton

I ask myself why would the manufacturer incorporate the three holes for the key if only one would be needed. I assume adding those other two adds cost to the chuck.

Re: Table Tilt Lock, Mark V Model 510/520

Free 10E or 10ER Parts

I have several 10E or 10ER parts available for FREE to anyone that is interested. I am in the western suburbs of the Chicago Area and pickup of the parts would be ideal because of their weight. They seem to be in good condition but I am a 500 addict so I don't know much about the 10er. If you want m...

Re: New Shopsmith DC-6000 Dust Collector

Hey John any chance on getting a picture of your Shark Guard set up on the Shopsmith? Does it cause any problems if you move the SS or do you always keep your SS in the same spot. My shop is small so I am always moving mine.
Thanks!

Re: squeezed top slots on 520 fence

If it is minor and you don't use the top track of the fence very often maybe just alter the t-nut?
