Yes, thank you JPG. I read all the info on the MKVII with great interest, especially your posts and threads.

I was kind of asking about the shorter belts.

Any advice on disassembling the FWD / REV switch ?

I hate to open this can of worms again but.... Finally got the time to tear into my new (to me) mark VII. After a little (ok a lot) of spray contact cleaner / lube on the fwd, stop, rev switch, the motor ran fine in both directions. How does the switch come apart? Does the back just pry off? I did n...

Thanks rpg and JPG The plastic cam and gear rack seem in good shape. Would like to replace with metal in the future. The blower housing is there intact, but no impeller. Right now my garage is pretty full, so fist project is a wood rack to get all the attachments off the machine and floor I'm sorry,...

New member. Very impressed. Just purchased a SS (Magna) Mark VII, S/N 409536. $100. Can anybody tell me the year of manufacture? I think it's ~ '66 or '67.
