In my past experience with bandsaw blades , if the kerf on one side is not the same your cut will not be true and it will be very tough to keep the cut on the cutline or the blade from binding . moisture content can also effect the cut . most blades will not clean the saw dust from the blade and or ...

we went with a power station and found it was a very good option, it does take a little room but the benefits are worth it .

Years ago I started using floating tenons and making spline joints, it was time consuming because I made the tenons and splines , I switched to biscuits on some projects instead of splines on the projects that were acceptable, gluing up panels and large long corners etc , I have also used connectors...
