Is the mark II a good machine anything I should know

know that I look closer it looks like an 10ER did they ever make another model that looks like a 10ER and what would be a good offer on a markII I think 150.00 is a fair offer of its a 10ER Ive seen them go for 250.00 with a lot more

Just found a Mark V for sale it looks old almost looks like an ER but not sure .It only comes with what looks like the lathe,table saw,drillpress,and jointer. It has an exposed pulley system dont know if that helps with the age I need to know a reasonable offer so I dont look like a fool it seems to...

Shouldn't be a problem as long as you use enough glue and clamp real tight
I use titebond II and the wood breaks before the glue does.
The other day I glued 5 1x6's together and it turned just fine.

I dont think Aspen and Poplar are the same type of wood they come from two different trees the Yellow Poplar and the Quaking Aspen

Has anyone ever used lyptus on a lathe

can you put videos in threads I took some pictures of a piece of wood to post to find out what it is but dont know if it will be clear enough to tell but a video will give more frames to zoom in on to inspect any thoughts

gray on my phone and pc but I think I did see a blue thread dont know if it was here or at yahoo cant remember but it was blue with black writing could read just fine

I used a piece of wood from an apple tree I cut down last year. dont know if it was a good idea it is cracking
