I've seen some posts inn using self etching primer. But I don't plan on going down to bare metal just a over paint any suggestion on what primer to use? High fill reg Rustolium etc?

How about 2 dollies with locking casters seems simplistic but it's s cheap way to go with little change just bolt them to the legs
