OH WOW, it all looks GREAT. How long did it take you to finish each piece?

I agree mostly with you on your 7:22am post. I'm more interested in learning how to use what I have, right now.

I'm saying that it might be twisted one way or the other. Put the end of the drawer flush to the rip fence, line up the side with the edge of the table. On the other side, place a straight edge flush with the fence at 90°. What do you see???

I had the same problem and boy was I disappointed. After awhile I final found the problem, each end was not at 90°(Ed's parallelogram). All I ha...

Email Wish List

What is you WISH LIST, that you'd like to see in an email special? Also why you'd like to have that item.

I haven't seen the Dial Indicator set up gage on sale yet. I'd snap up two, if the sale was good enough. That way I could line up my SS & SP's right on, instead of good enough.

FIRST thing is, don't turn the speed dial while the SS is turned off. Second thing is, clean, wax and lube it. Any questions feel free to ask.

Welcome to the SS forum.

Maybe try brush cleaner on it. Don't think I'd have it sandblasted, because it's alummium. I think I might cover it with wide masking tape. Then cut out the center part you want painted. Cover the lettering with a thin coat of grease on a Q-tip, and spray it all. After its dry, take the tape off, a...

And that is Dap Weldwood contact adhesive I believe.

The parts list for the belt sander shows that sleeve as part of an assembly, looked like it wasn't available separately. There wasn't a part number for it. Learn something new at least weekly. :)
