Re: Informal Poll - Size of your Shop and how many Shopsmiths?

Anyone know what CAD tool the shop layout below was done in? Chris Phelps posted this a few months back and I was a little slow to respond to this. I really like this shop layout tool and the woodworking library he used. I tried contacting him on PM on this forum, but it says he is no longer a memb...

Re: Glad I went

It will provide a bunch of woodworking jobs for the true masters of the craft. (Sometimes you have to dig deep to find the positive in a situation.)

Re: What does your workbenches look like?

Mine is shown below. It's based on the Ultimate tool stand plans from about 20 years ago shown in the link below. I added a butcher block top from Menards. http://christophermerrill.net/ww/plans/UTS/Tool_Stand_1.html It's on wheels, like almost everything in my shop and from pure dumb luck is about ...

Re: How about some window ice art work?

This only occurs in our house on the one 130 year old window salvaged from the farmhouse. It's in the stairway coming up from the basement.

Re: Started my taxes.......

Sent out W2s, did payroll, unemployment and sales and use taxes last weekend. Corporate taxes sometime in the next few weeks and then I can start in my taxes. The family knows to go somewhere else, like shopping when I'm doing taxes because of the anger.
