Re: Mark V 520 vs Mark 7 PowerPro
IMO Not owning either but at 10er, I looked at the price difference between the two and if I am reading it correctly it is only 400. If you plan to use the lathe and turn bowls or vases, or other than spindle turnings I would suggest the power pro for its lower speed. In some cases 750 is a bit fast...

Re: Table Saw Accuracy and 5/8" Blades
Cliffy, Dusty is correct that you will need the to more concerned with the slop in the miter gauge and table slot. You should probably consider a sled to do the wedges. You can google to get some ideas on how to make one. I took three or four iterations before I got one that I liked and worked well....

Re: SCROLL SAW TABLE INSERT
I believe they are about a 1/4" thick and could be made from hardboard. I have made some for a bandsaw from aluminum, but they were not 1/4 thick. I was luck that I had a hole saw of the correct diameter.
If you had a 3" hole saw it should be easy to make.

Re: Shattered my 10ER Drive Pulley
You may be able to get a machine shop to bore a 13/16 hole. Online you can find 3/4" three step pulley.
