Re: No more videos from me
You been watching too many Sassafras valley vids. ;) Never even heard of it! By the way, another low gab high content channel (in addition to Nick's) is Thomas Johnson Antique Furniture Repair. https://www.youtube.com/c/ThomasJohnsonAntiqueFurnitureRestoration It's a lot of tedious veneer repair, r...

Were there any under the Shopsmith name?thedovetailjoint wrote: ↑Tue Mar 22, 2022 5:26 pm John, I have the headstock from one of those Powr-Kraft 5-in-1 tools, and it really is interesting that someone at Magna/Yuba thought that adding variable speed to the Mark 2 was a good idea!

No more videos from me
Certain members "the Village Elders" on this forum have spoken. I have heard from them through various threads, and private messages. The messages have come through loud and clear. They don't like what I have done for one reason, or more. Apparently they run this forum, they make their own...

I need help with Shopsmith Power Stations
I've been helping a widow that lives an hour north of me get her dead husband's Shopsmith equipment (quite a good collection of tools) in good running condition, and ready to sell. My only problem left is there are 2 Shopsmith Power Stations. They have been sitting, unused, in a unheated garage in m...

Re: Is it just me ?
For the record; I was only trying to achieve total world domination by means of a single woodworking forum. Silly me. You know, I thought it would work. I did, I did. I just got so caught up in the moment! I would have gotten away with it too, if it hadn't been for those darn meddling kids and that ...

Re: Shop-built Shopsmith Speed Reducer
You dislike and contest the format, but so far you've participated in 2 of the new My Growth Rings threads that I created. Isn't that a double standard? A bit hypocritical almost? That is my confusion. I'm not being mean, or trying to upset you. I'm just a simple machinist and woodworker. Help me un...
